Curve is the one I use and can have a single card (Apple Card & physical) linked to one or more cards, basically pick and choose what underlying payment you want to use. For me I would use this in conjunction with a credit card and would track my expenses this way. Not sure if you can signup easily & link it to your normal card easily and just use Apple Pay/Contactless whilst your there ?!
