Can Ditto run alongside Modelsbuilder? (Umbraco 7)

Hi, I've a U7 site that has Ditto installed and I was wondering, can I turn modelsbuilder on and run both side by side and migrate everything a bit at a time from Ditto to Modelbuilder?
