Can't login to Backoffice using UmbracoID when developing locally.

When I click on login with UmbracoId, the popup box just shows the base page I had just clicked on in the popup. (With another button to "login with umbracoId".. this button just reloads the popup. No opportunity to login with Umbraco ID.
This was post upgrade from 11 to 12.. manually
Upgrading manually since umbraco cloud doesn't seem to be able to access our private nuget feed in github

Haven't seen that before, but I would make sure when upgrading Umbraco to also upgrade to the corresponding versions of Umbraco.Cloud.Identity.Cms and Umbraco.Cloud.Cms.PublicAccess Ps. Posts relating to commercial products like Umbraco Cloud should go in #1127946593786675331

I have had temporary login issues like this sometimes. Try clearing your browser cache/cookies, and try again. Related to the NuGet feed, take a look at this issue: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco.Cloud.Issues/issues/610#issuecomment-1711207340

Thank you both for the input, I think still a bug in umbraco cloud and shared secrets, as it's a github package feed
When trying to "Sign in with UmbracoId" locally
Well I think I finally got there, who knows how.. code didn't change 🙂
basically, deleting nucache, temp folders, blah blah. Nice to be done fixing it, but hate when there is no explanation.
No learning 😦
