Hi @Yasein H. Burqan ! It's not there by default, in the past I've used a package like https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/conditional-displayers/ but thats not available for v12. What you could do, is make use of the BlockList editor where you allow the Normal News and the Special News. But you set the max amount of Blocks to 1. So the content editor is forced to pick one of them 🙂 Think it should suit your needs?

@Yasein H. Burqan i think @Ambert 's way may be the better solution .. You can have a Block list and then various block type one for news and one for specials and then based on your rules select the right blocks.. but it really comes down to how you want your editors to work in the backoffice

goes with out saying .. but what is easy? and it can be taught , and learned clear labelling and naming of blocks etc
