When the content editor wants to change some text in the content of a block inside an area of the blockgrid, the user needs to click on settings and there he needs to go to content. If he clicks directly on the block, nothing happens. as seen in this animated gif What could be the issue here? or what am i doing wrong?

I’ve not seen this behavior before. Maybe inspect the block and see if there is some third party css setting pointer events to none or a div on top of the element?

Have they accidently pointed the settings at the content model instead of the settings.
