Umbraco not able to perform correct operation on Azure SQL Server

Truncate failed on table 'mydatabase.dbo.cmsContentNu' because it is not a supported operation on system-versioned tables.

In my appsettings.json I have the connection string for the database plus

"umbracoDbDSN_ProviderName": "Microsoft.Data.SqlClient"

Any idea why this happens?
