I hope it's ok to post this @Sebastiaan apologies if not: Some of you may know I nearly died this year, twice. I am very grateful to be here but am still going through several rounds of surgery. In 2018 and 2019 I took part in #Decembeard to raise money for @bowelcanceruk This year I spent several months in hospital with bowel cancer patients and heard how it affects their lives, it affected me deeply.
