Hi Søren, yes Matt’s response was quite right. That channel is really for community to help others in using the products.
I know each commercial product should have its own public issues list on GitHub. I’m not 100% sure on the other ways to get support but I’ll find out.
I think we can make the messaging clearer on that so people don’t expect a level of “official” support here on discord that isn’t going to happen. So thank you for asking the question!
