Not sure if this is the right place to bring it up but Might need a bit of a translation fix on the Cloud dashboard when Upgrading a project. Something like "Upgrading a plan will change the outgoing IP of the project. If your solution has an external service that was configured with the IP addresses from before your upgrade.
