In a similar vein - I'm a freelancer/contractor working with an Umbraco gold partner, and they're looking to take on a new permanent Umbraco/.NET developer (it would be unlikely that the role would be solely Umbraco-based, as they do a lot of work that's not Umbraco as well). They're in the UK, in South Wales, and I think the permanent staff work in the office 3 days a week and from home for 2 days (Monday/Friday at home); I work permanently at home because I'm too far away (and freelance). They need good accessibility and front end skills in addition to .NET as they work with public sector clients where accessibility is a legal requirement.
