Sometimes there is a problem with the searchpage on the site I create, and the only way to fix this is to delete the files in the examineindex path and rebuild the index via the panel. Is there any other way to do this? It is tiring and a waste of time to deal with this every time. Can you help me ?

There is a rebuild index button in the backoffice. Go to settings -> examine management and select your index. On the bottom of the page there is a button "Rebuild index"
