I am trying to get into the Umb Cloud DB for my site but when connecting I ge the error that my client IP does not ahve access even though I ahve gone into the portal and added my whole IPv4 range. Anyone know what else I ahave to do? The firewall rule section says "Your IP address is not on the list" even after adding the entire rule but if I click the "Add now" it tells me it can't do IPv6 and to manually add my IPv4 address. I need to get in the DB to hand update somethings I can't do from the front end and it is important I get the updates done ASAP. Yes, I reached out to support but they can take days to get back to you so I am asking here as well

If you go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ - does the ipv4 ip match the range you specified?

Yes it does, that is initially where i got my ip from to do the range. Used a few other tools to confirm the range was correct as well

Then I don't think there is much that can be done outside of Umbraco support.

I had thought of that but I dont know how to make an update to a sql umbraco tables since there is no efcore. I think i might be able yo use the CMSImport addon to do what I need to do thiugh. About to get off work and try that (it was a thought that popped to my head over night at work)
