[Solved] Is the Umbraco Forms License checking system down?

I've seen several live V13 sites today telling me to either buy or configure a license. They were all working a few days ago.

Asking for a License seems odd as Umbraco is open source, is this for some other paid package like Umbraco Commerce? I haven't noticed any degradation in service of Umbraco Cloud today either

3 instances, load balanced frontend only one does not say the licence is valid
Not great given it blocks purchases and has no grace period

Sorry I must have been half asleep writing that title. I meant Umbraco Forms licence.
I meant Umbraco Forms, sorry. These are non-Umbraco Cloud sites.
And the enquiry form appears blank in the back office, yet it shows up in the front end and is working! This particular site is V13.0.3 site but it's the same on V13.1.1 sites also.
I have now upgraded my own site to V13.1.1 & forms V13.0.2. The forms work fine on the front end, but the back office insists I'm in trial mode, asks me to buy or configure a licence, won't show the forms design nor the previous entries. The .lic file is in place. What could be going wrong?
I just redownloaded the .lic file from Umbraco and it's now working. I have no idea how that got messed up. There is only the one licence in the whole project!
