Is anyone else having troubles communicating with Nuget related to Umbraco projects at the moment? I'm completely stuck, cannot restore/build my Umbraco sites. I have been troubleshooting all day, but cannot get to the root of it. Googling doesn't help. Works fine here. Sounds like you're just having trouble reaching NuGet.

I have no problems downloading from Nuget, even the specific .nupkg files. The problem seems to be in processing the package file.

But the actual error is

The download of 'https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/lucene.net/4.8.0-beta00016/lucene.net.4.8.0-beta00016.nupkg' timed out because no data was received for 60000ms.

This is mos def a problem downloading from NuGet. 🙃

Yes, it does look like a NuGet problem, or possibly a related CDN issue. After not having been able to load any of my projects (and restore packages) in Visual Studio since Wednesday, things seem to be gradually improving this afternoon. I'm crossing my fingers...
