Hi everyone! I've decided to make a big change, so I'm looking for a permanent lead developer role as of this week. Contracting has been good to me but I'm looking for the satisfaction of staying with projects long term, working closely with a great team and offering more in terms of technical leadership and culture. I'm not jumping at the first opportunity and really want to find the right fit. I'm mostly looking at lead .NET developer roles but I have a good all round skillset - I work with .NET, Umbraco, Azure, React, bit of Xamarin and even did some C++ for a game called Minecraft (once upon a time).
