I know Umbraco CMS you can have multi-site set ups which is great, but with Cloud is this possible?

Or is each instance of Umbraco Cloud tied to a domain?

I'm thinking of a client that might have 5 websites, they currently have it within one Umbraco CMS instance.

If they build a new site in Umbraco Cloud, could they still be in the same instance, and just one monthly cost?

Or would they need 5x Umbraco Cloud instances

We have multi-domain websites running on Umbraco Cloud! And yes the screenshot you shared is how many custom domains you can have.
