Thanks. Right one went south about a year ago and is nearly fixed, then I did the other one just the other day. Though this one's more like a sprain so hopefully won't take to long to heal. Nightmare.

My tendon went at CG last year (it does every few months I swear!) it wasn't fun, too much walking needed.
