Hi I'm using Umbraco 13. Is there anyway to highlight to users if the page they're editing has been updated by another user when they attempt to save and publish that page? Thanks in advance

Other than the Info tab showing save history... You can find a package for it. Something like Page Guard or BackOffice Editor View: https://marketplace.umbraco.com/package/arjo.umbracobackofficeeditorview I haven't tried either yet
