We are experiencing issues with using Articulate in an Umbraco cloud site - we have tested with both 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 of Articulate and are using Umbraco 13.3.2.
On starting the site, the article list fails to load with "Could not find the ArticulateAuthors document for the current rendered page" error in MasterModel. "This document is published but its URL cannot be routed" shown for the URL of the author list node within Umbraco back office. "Save and publish with descendents" temporarily resolves the issue and restores the URL. When the site is restarted, the "This document is published but its URL cannot be routed" message returns in place of the URL and the article list fails with the same error message as before.
This is only occurring on one environment - the blogs on the dev environment work fine after a restart, but the staging environment doesn't. When I restore a copy of each environment to my local machine the same behaviour occurs, i.e. the dev database works fine after a restart but the staging one doesn't.
Can anybody suggest a potential cause and resolution please? I've found that Articulate is doing its own custom route rebuilding, but unsure how this would be producing such different results.

For the record, we resolved this by creating a new blog root and copying content to it. Something had happened to corrupt the old one, no idea what.
