Created a fresh Umbraco 13 instance. I actually had this too recently. I got it working using the [unattended installation options](https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/v/13.latest-lts/reference/configuration/unattendedsettings). I'm honestly not sure why that worked and not the normal install screen though 🤔

I only set up Umbraco using @CodeSharePaul 's excellent Package Script Writer and that always works for me, highly recommended. Sounds like a timing issue of some kind. From the screenshot,

GetSetup

has an unhandled exception that looks like a pure ASP.NET Core error message. I think I've had this too and just "did it again" and it worked. I'm guessing it's pure luck that unattended or PSW would work better. 🙂 I guess nobody creates Umbraco projects from within Visual Studio any more...
