to backup @Bishal Tim's testing post, Test the following: a) clean install but with your package already installed in the csproj, b) upgrade with your package already installed, certain things are/are not available to you during an install/upgrade and the order matters, so its good to check that you haven't accidently done something that breaks during an upgrade (ask me how i know 🙂 )
