i want to enrich image metadata with more information so it make it more efficient for editor to find what they need things like 1. Check if you can tag by date and search by year, month, and day 2. Search by tag 3. Put descriptions in multi language (english/arabic) How can this be done through umbraco?

I'd maybe add a tags property editor to the Image Type in Settings. You can add what you like. Not sure about the multi-lingual aspect though. Maybe others could confirm?
