SQLite Error 6: 'database table is locked'

when working on the Umbraco source code. I'm hacking away a little bit on the new backoffice UI and some times find myself with this error and can't figure out how it happens. The only way to recover this to restart the debugging session. (The changes I've been hacking on is FE only 😅 )
