Though many of my colleagues have experience building websites, this is not an area where we have focused our hiring strategy - we do not wish to be in the market of building public website templates. I agree, though, this would be an excellent area for someone wanting to build something for Umbraco to set in. Our StarterKit template is, shall we say... lacking in certain areas...
