Has anyone experienced that Umbraco Forms does not store or save data from a date picker after upgrading to 13.5.1

We have a custom theme in the form and due to a change between 10.5.3->10.5.5 i needed to change 
the id field
so the shadow div should be id="@(Model.Id)_1"
And "picker" should be id="@(Model.Id)"
