Hey can anyone help me understand the rules around new Umbraco packages - https://github.com/umbraco/HacktoberfestActivityLog?tab=readme-ov-file#new-umbraco-packages

Packages for Umbraco 14 and 15, are eligible by default, even if the equivalent package already exists for an earlier Umbraco version.

Does that mean updating an existing package to work with v15 counts? 🙂
