Issues with adaptive brightness/lenovo vantage OLE...

Recently purchased a Lenovo Carbon x1 12th gen with the OLED display. The adaptive brightness/OLED protection dims the taskbar/background apps. However, it also kicks in whilst watching videos/on MS teams video calls and dims the video presumably as the presence detection can't distinguish between me being idle, over engaged in watching a video. I konw I can just turn all the adaptive brightness off.. but that seems a little sledgehammer and looses the burn in protection for the OLED display.... Just wondered if anyone else might have the same issues.. (lenovo premium support are telling me I'm the only one!)

Wow I didn't know burn-in was a thing any more. I will avoid oled screens then. You're not the only one though https://github.com/BartoszCichecki/LenovoLegionToolkit/issues/1050#issuecomment-2223653431
