Upgrade from 14.3.1 to 15

I have upgraded from 14.3.1 to 15 but get

Package restore failed. Rolling back package changes for 'UmBootstrap-V14-01'.

Is it possible to do a straight NuGet upgrade?

There should be information about which transient package prevents the upgrade in the output?
