The general scene in Oz is supposed to be good and the Umbraco scene is pretty healthy (thanks to the good work of Luminary- @Emanuel Emmanuel Tissera, and @Robert Foster Rob Foster) and melbourne is decent but not as active as Sydney).. both those maybe better indicators and with actual day to day knowledge of the scene
