Is it possible to check with Microsoft Azure Computer Vision API, if an Image is generated with AI ?

As I understand it, becusae most AI images are made from white noise, if you look a the colour spectrum of the image, there will be an equal amount of light as well as dark. There's a good breakdown on this video :
