If it's "wokist" to promote gender inclusivity, then I'm all for it... It's a small thing, doesn't take that much effort, and may help to make people feel more welcome and accepted in the community, regardless of gender or cultural background. I've gradually reduced my use of "guys", especially in online contexts. I'm not precious about a word - language evolves over time. It's a small change but can make a difference to some. Just my 2c, but this probably isn't the forum for this.
