main

branch now instead of

contrib

(which has now been deleted). ➡️ From now on

main

is the default branch for both HQ and for external contributors! This should have little impact on contributions but let us know if you run into any problems!

For v13, do we use the v13/main branch ?

@Nathaniel Nunes Good question, yes, use the

v13/main

. Just FYI: for v13 we'd be expecting PRs that contain small bugfixes, larger refactors and adding new features are likely not going to be merged. Version 13 is in the Support phase (https://umbraco.com/products/knowledge-center/long-term-support-and-end-of-life/) and that means we want to keep any upcoming releases minimal to make sure we preserve stability.
