Speaking at the MVP Summit and Codegarden this year was a powerful moment for me. I shared a bit of my neurodivergent journey — and was honestly overwhelmed by how many people came up to me afterward and said: “That really hit home.” It showed me how many of us are walking similar paths — masking, adapting, burning out — and how few spaces there are to talk about it. That response meant everything, and it’s encouraged me to write more about my experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person.
