TIL about Danish Æbskiver which seems to be similar to Japanese Takoyaki (one of my favourite dishes). Apparently it was traditionally filled with apple but modern versions are just the pancake and it's served at Christmas with Gløgg. Do any of our Danish friends here make this at home using the special pan?
