Anyone here who can help me with Umbraco Engage problem we are facing? We let our client buy (the highly price license) for Engage, but now the data seems incomplete (no page views shown) and Umbraco team doesn't seem to make any effort in helping us with this.. 🙁

Huh, interesting feedback 👀 Could you go to Settings -> Engage -> Configuration -> Reporting, and then click on "View log" to see if the Nightly reporting data has been generated?

Should be the same location luckily 😄 (This log location is different in v13 vs v16/v17)

Unfortunately this means that the reporting generation has failed, which in turn means the analytics aren't showing. Don't worry, the data itself is still there, it's just unable to generate the proper aggregated views for those tables. We are aware of this specific issue regarding TempDB usage, and it's actually on my board to be picked up in the following weeks! For additional context, I see that it has run successfully run within seconds on 2/10/2026. Has anything changed for you since then and the 16th?

We will keep you posted on that Issue report as soon as we know more! But for your case I would just like to clarify (incase you are still wondering), even if no graphs are showing right now, data is still coming in and nothing is lost. The issue only relates to the generation of the reports/graphs and will become visible as soon as the bug is resolved
