yeah its hard because it can become a pain, if for example we say uSync next release (v17.1) is dependent on Umbraco v17.3.0 - then if you install it on an older version it can cause umbraco to do the upgrade of the site to v17.3 and you don't really want that which is why if we do go to v17.3 dependencies we would skip v17.1 and v17.2 releases of uSync - so they at the very least aligned
