Umbraco:CMS:Hosting:Debug -> true

I was having issues with umbraco.community.smidge and a failing bundle, so as a work around have production in debug to stop bundling temp, and that got me to thinking what are the ramifications, eg what is debug actually doing, there is some minimal info on the docs..

AI is clearly good at what it does 👍

I wonder it anyone has got stumped by can't test partial caching if using the default development appsettings. 😉 and that static asset cache busting looks like something that might be leveraged in production rather than me currently adding icons.svg?v=@(_service.version) everywhere. Am I also wondering if some of these would be helpful if more granularly set. 🤔
