We still have half a dozen sites running on classic asp, self contained using access db's. They rarely go down and some have 1000 of users per day. They can be published with webdeploy from within VS to an Azure webapp and just work. We are trying to convince them one by one to move to Umbraco and it's a tough job to convince them when their sites are working and being updated just fine.
