Maybe it was something odd with the way I installed it, but no, I didn't get a grid CSS file for example, I had to go into the doc type editor and click the link in there to get the CSS to copy (which it does mention in the docs, tbf). It also didn't create anything in Views/Partials in order to see how the mark-up was supposed to render, and the docs didn't give the whole picture as to how to put that together (it's complicated because of the potential for nested blocks). In the end I downloaded the source for the 10.3.0-rc branch and copied the partials out of there. Like I say, not sure if I did something wrong somewhere in the set-up so perhaps if nobody else is getting that you can ignore it! 🙂
