Yes! I've been playing with it over the weekend. Really liking it so far. My only feedback is that the UI could benefit from a little more attention in order to make it clearer what's an area and what's a non-area block. It's all quite tight and there's quite a lot of 'grey border' going on (it's better when custom views are used, but they can be really laborious to create). Although it makes sense to a developer who has a clear concept of areas and non-area blocks I feel like it might not be so intuitive for editors. I wondered if there might be a way to potentially streamline how area-blocks are presented in the UI to make it more seamless and raised a discussion here https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/discussions/13143. The difficult UI challenge is the fact that areas can be nested.
