It depends. Do the people actually have a page? If so i'd just create subnodes, no mntp. If not I'd go for nested content or such. Would only use mntp if the people actually have an existing subpage and if the teams list does not list them all. I think it's weird as a user that you would create a subnode and it wouldn't be visible on the teams page right away but would need an extra action 🙂
