I find its great width rabbit stew the polenta has to have loads of cheese and salt and lemon
The other way is to make it and then flatten it out and cut into chips and deep/shallow fry polenta chips is and are good

08/16/2022, 9:22 AMYes, maybe it's just the polenta we get here is just cornflour, no additions.. loads of cheese salt and lemon sounds more like it!
