Everything is set to compile and all the DLL's are up. Works locally, not on server. Have just opened a support ticket. Not convinced cycling the app pool is doing a full restart. Not picking up changes to startup.cs I think. Don't want to start another huge thread, lol 😉

Hmm.. I publish and that output (in this case in D:\publish) gets dropped on the server. Not sure you're even allowed to overwrite the files when the site is running (assuming this is your FTP host). So that might be the issue, files are in use and therefore the upload fails.

Startup.cs

will be compiled and shouldn't end up on the server 😅

I'm now going to write on the wall above my desk "Stop the site before uploading DLL's" in BIG LETTERS!
