@User The being part of the team and having good friendly people around you is a reason I have stayed at jobs .. two questions do you get up enthused to go to work and and are you secure.. they dont often match up so you have to bend your decision making to those factors Management can be its own challenge, i've done it and project management and its a completely differnt set of tasks.. however i get the sense you are a doing person
