I would ask around to get a sense for the salaries in the roles you want. Perhaps you’re already on a good salary compared to the lead dev roles etc. In terms of a challenge, I like agency work, there’s lots of variety of projects and challenges. You could also consider going freelance, perhaps reduce your hours at work to do freelance 1 day a week and transition as the work increases or continue if this gives you enough variety and challenge
