So we trialled Heartcore for our new agency website, and we'll probably keep it, as the platform is good for fairly basic sites. The majority of our clients require some kind of integration, so programmatic access for us is crucial. We also require things like 2FA and Oauth for some clients to access their Umbraco instance - so we'd need to be able to install or write packages. The available data types are quite limiting too - and we'd want access to Block Lists, and the ability to customise the Grid properly (it seems locked to basic editors currently). In addition, Cloud in general just isn't viable for us with safe harbour data laws preventing many of our clients from hosting outside of their home country.
