its the date logic that is broken - the nuget api doesn't give you the downloads per day value in the response to you have to calculate it, so you get all packages then go off the oldest date - except sometimes thats a published date, sometimes its a created date, not sure why. but (last year anyway) that's where the PR was working but not quite.
