- it formats any file with a formatter though. Combine it with an

.editorconfig

file in the root of your project to tweak the formatting you prefer. https://linuxpip.org/vscode-format-on-save/ I know, it doesn't meet your requirements, but it's easier to remember to save than to remember the format command 🙂
