Heads up for anyone trying to go from 8.17 -> V9 you'll hit a brick wall because the migrations weren't implemented properly, this PR fixes that problem 🙂 https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/11447 Hopefully it will get looked at by someone at some point and approved considering the severity of it 🙈
