Ahh I see, in that case it is possible still with packages as Sebastiaan mentioned: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/Extending/Packages/Creating-a-Package/#custom-package-migration However it is no longer entirely just clicking buttons in the backoffice. I'd suggest using something like uSync which is built entirely for that purpose.
